Mrs. Landy is a partner with the firm and is the Director of Probate.  She practices in the areas of probate, guardianship, trust, estate planning and litigation. With over ten years of experience, she zealously represents clients in the administration and litigation of estates and trusts.  She works closely with clients to establish effective estate and business planning structures. Mrs. Landy also participates in the Dade County Bar Association’s “Put Something Back” program and is the recipient of the 2010 Pro Bono Probate Award.

A Miami native, she received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from Florida State University. Prior to joining Therrel Baisden, LLP, Mrs. Landy served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, where she made regular court appearances and negotiated plea deals.
